Healthy Cherry Chia Jam is made with just two ingredients and contains no added sugar! It’s great to spread on toast or add to yogurt bowls.

Place frozen cherries into a saucepan.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
Cover and cook on low for 20 more minutes.
Remove the lid and mash the cherries with a potato masher. You can mash them to your liking.
Add chia seeds in and combine with a spoon. If you like your jam on the sweeter side, add a couple of teaspoons of pure maple syrup.
Let the mixture cool before transferring it into an airtight container.
Store in the fridge.
